In the Review Magazine dated March 16-29, 2000 written by Thomas Baird.

"Has anybody noticed that an unusally large number of Department head left Bay City ove the past year? Or are these people being asked or forced to leave? Whatever the case , there has been a very unfriendly feeling inside the walls of City Hall over the last two years."

AGJoe would like to point out that the Director of Re-development, City Planner, City Treasurer, Fire Chief, City Assessor, City Clerc, and the City Treasurer all have left their jobs at City Hall. I am sure Jim Palenick could explain this by saying that the employye have sour grapes , or the left to make more money , that is just normal turn over.
