Half of the condo are built. Some of the condo are empty. No party store. How much did the Taxpayers put into this development? At least $8,000,000.00 . This development sounded so good when it was propose to the Taxpayers of Bay City. Now I would call it a failure.Ask Jim how much money the taxpayers lost on this project. Great salesman and a rotten developer.
